Therapy here is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in creating a sense of safety and understanding. Over time, this work can support greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.

Couples therapy is a space to slow down together and better understand the patterns that show up in your relationship.

Rather than focusing on blame or who is “right,” we’ll work collaboratively to explore the dynamics between you - including how each of you learned to connect, protect, or respond under stress. This work is grounded in attachment and relational approaches, with care given to creating safety and understanding for both partners.

Sessions are paced intentionally and support honest, respectful conversations that may feel difficult to have on your own. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, trust concerns, life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy offers a space to be heard and to move toward greater clarity and connection.

You don’t need to be in crisis to begin, many couples come to better understand each other and build more meaningful ways of relating.

With over 10 years of experience and advanced training in attachment-based therapy, EMDR, and parts work, I offer therapy that is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in safety.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted on the inside. Together, we slow things down to understand why certain patterns keep showing up and gently work at the root rather than managing symptoms.
