This complimentary 15-minute consultation call is a chance for us to connect and see if working together is a good fit. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, what support might feel most helpful, and whether moving forward together feels aligned.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported as you explore what’s been weighing on you.
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. We’ll work together to understand your experiences, patterns, and inner world, including the parts of you that learned to cope, protect, or push through. There’s no expectation to have the “right” words or a clear goal when you begin.
Therapy here is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in creating a sense of safety and understanding. Over time, this work can support greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.
You’re welcome to bring whatever feels most present: big or small.
Post Secondary Student Therapy
Post-secondary student therapy offers the same supportive, relational approach as individual therapy, with a reduced fee to help make care more accessible during this season of life.
This space is designed for students navigating the emotional, relational, and academic pressures that often come with post-secondary education, including stress, burnout, anxiety, identity shifts, transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what’s next.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a space to slow down together and better understand the patterns that show up in your relationship.
Rather than focusing on blame or who is “right,” we’ll work collaboratively to explore the dynamics between you - including how each of you learned to connect, protect, or respond under stress. This work is grounded in attachment and relational approaches, with care given to creating safety and understanding for both partners.
Sessions are paced intentionally and support honest, respectful conversations that may feel difficult to have on your own. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, trust concerns, life transitions, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, therapy offers a space to be heard and to move toward greater clarity and connection.
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin, many couples come to better understand each other and build more meaningful ways of relating.
